Power to the People Campaign Launch Event

Our campaign officially launched with a powerful reminder of why we’re here: to put people first in New Brunswick. As reported by WRSU and TAPinto New Brunswick, our team is proud to be led by mayoral candidate Charlie Kratovil, alongside City Council candidates Doris Elliott and Yeni Mendez-Romero, united under the banner of “Power to the People.” Charlie, a longtime community organizer, journalist, and founder of New Brunswick Today, has spent years advocating for transparency, accountability, and a city that works for everyone.

This moment marks more than just the start of a campaign, it’s the continuation of a movement built by neighbors, organizers, and everyday residents who believe New Brunswick deserves better. As Charlie launches his third run for mayor, our team is grounded in gratitude for the community that has supported this journey so far and energized by the road ahead.  We are stepping into this campaign with humility, determination, and a deep appreciation for everyone who has shown up, spoken out, and believed in this vision.
